Terms & Conditions
1. Promo codes from McDonald’s Digital Gift Certificate can be redeemed only on the Hong Kong McDonald’s App.
2. All Digital Gift Certificate are non‑refundable once sold.
3. All Digital Gift Certificate have a specified validity period and must be used before the expiry date. Any unused or unredeemed promo codes will automatically expire after the validity period.
4. The purchase of Digital Gift Certificate do not earn MyMcDonald's Rewards points. When making payment with a Digital Gift Certificate, the face value of the Digital Gift Certificate does not earn any MyMcDonald’s Rewards points.
5. Only one Digital Gift Certificate can be used in each transaction. If the purchase amount exceeds the Digital Gift Certificate’s value, the users shall pay the difference and the price difference will be eligible for MyMcDonald’s Rewards points. If the purchase is lower, no refund or balance will be given. Digital Gift Certificate is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, points or party deposits.
6. Digital Gift Certificate cannot be used for McDonald’s® Parties, Theme Parties, School Catering Services and other third-party delivery services, including but not limited to Foodpanda and KeeTa. This coupon cannot be used together with Senior Card offers, other discounts, promotions or offers, including McDonald’s Family Club offers.
7. Digital Gift Certificate are valid at designated McDonald’s restaurants in Hong Kong. The list of designated restaurants shall be updated from time to time without any prior notice.
8. All prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars.
9. MHK Restaurants Limited (a McDonald’s Franchised Business) shall not be responsible for any failure or incorrect delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
10. Under no circumstances will MHK Restaurants Limited (a McDonald’s Franchised Business) accept requests to change the recipient’s email address.
11. The product/service is supplied by McDonald's. MHK Restaurants Limited (a McDonald’s Franchised Business) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Digital coupon without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of MHK Restaurants Limited (a McDonald’s Franchised Business) shall be final.
13. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail to the extent of discrepancies.
